a water inspector came to a farm were a rancher was working he said "i need to check your land for water sir. he pulled out his card that told the rancher what he did and the rancher replied "ok.. well i dnt think you should go over to that pasture over there though.." the inspector looked at him and showed him his card again "listen i have this card it means i can go anywere i want." he said so the farmer looked at him again and said "ok.. if you say so.." about 10 minutes later the rancher heard the dude screaming he looked over to the pasture to see the inspector running as fast as he could from a giant black bull
the inspector told the rancher to help him but the rancher just replied "show em' your card!"
